Steve Shook
Steve Shook is the COO of Shook & Waller Construction, Inc., and directly
manages our framing division. A graduate of El Molino High School, Steve gained construction experience while working in the industry during the summers.
He went on to study Civil Engineering at Santa Rosa Junior College and in 1977 became a licensed contractor. He and his wife Carol live in Santa Rosa with their two children. His hobbies include fishing,
camping, working in his vegetable garden and doing projects to support the community.

Ed Waller
Ed Waller is the CEO of Shook & Waller Construction, Inc., and directly
manages our development division. A graduate of El Molino High School, Ed started building his first house for speculation at the
young age of seventeen. Construction was a natural career choice for Ed as his father and
grandfather before him were both contractors in Sonoma County. He and his wife, Carla currently live in
Santa Rosa - they have three children and two grandchildren. Ed's hobbies include basketball, racquetball, baseball and singing.

Shawn Dolan
Shawn Dolan is the CFO of Shook & Waller Construction, Inc., and manages the finances, contracts and insurance needs for the
company. A graduate of Upper Lake High School, Shawn went on to serve four years in the United States Army Infantry. His first
experience in construction was when he started to work for the company as a laborer in 1988. Shawn completed his degree in Economics
at Sonoma State University while working at Shook & Waller Construction. Currently he and his wife, Kim, live
with their five children in Windsor. His hobbies include wake boarding, snow boarding and paint ball games.
