| The Town Green Village
project is a three-story, mixed use development, consisting
of 7 phases. Phase 1 of the project consists of 34
units of 2-3 bedroom condominiums on the second and
third floors with 25,000 square feet of commercial
retail on the first floor. Phase 3 includes 45 two-story
residential condominiums constructed over 21,200 square
feet of first floor office/retail space. Under
construction; to be completed in Spring 2006. Phase
4 development with a 60-foot clock tower, including
13 two-story
residential condominiums constructed over 9,000 square
feet of first floor retail commercial. Completed Summer
2005. Phase 5 includes eight buildings with 66 two-story
residential condominiums constructed over 30,000 square
feet of office/retail. Project under construction. |
