| We started framing
the Gallaher Ranch at the end of July, 2009. It
took us approx 6 months to complete the rough framing.
The main residence and second unit are approximately
12,000 sq. ft. with combined garages for up to
8 cars. We also built the STK Cedar covered porches,
deck, stairway and exterior trellises. We had up
to 35 carpenters on site during the busiest point
of construction. In order to beat the bad weather
we stacked and sheathed the entire roof structure
in 2 weeks. Over the past year we have built: 3
horse paddocks, a riding arena, equipment garage
and storage barn. |
