Framing has been one of the areas of expertise in Shook & Waller Construction, Inc. for many years. It is one of the most important parts of construction as it is one of the first steps taken in building a structure and must be done right. Shook & Waller Construction, Inc. has been framing the Homes in the Vintanta subdivision since late in 1999. More than 250 homes have been built so far. The homes range in size from 1850 sq. ft. (1 story) to 2800 sq. ft. in the largest 2 story. Other Ryder projects framed by Shook & Waller Construction, Inc. include Cader Highlands, Bellevue Ranch, and Turnbridge (Petaluma).

The Vintage Greens framing project began in early 2001 and included approximately 150 homes ranging from 1800 to 2700 sq. ft. Currently we are involved with framing phase four and the number of homes has increased to 280. These homes are located near the Windsor Golf Course.

This well designed neighborhood features 1300 - 2000 sq. ft. (approx) and 2-car tandem garages. Shook and Waller Construction, to date, has framed approximatly 65 of these classic homes. Located just off of Fulton Road in Santa Rosa.

Located just off of
Bennett Valley Road. This master plan community is comprised of three home styles -
limited-edition townhomes, garden homes and traditional single-family homes. This neighborhood has the look and feel of "ranch" character and architectural details: shutters, porches, accents of stone and wood. Many of the homes feature a multi-use studio.

The Siena at Tuscany framing project is an ongoing project we are working on with Christopherson Homes, Inc. The homes of Siena at Tuscany are specially designed for the person who appreciates a quality lifestyle in a beautiful setting. The five home designs range from 2,963 to 3,550 square feet. They are a mixture of old world Northern and Southern European design located at Fountaingrove in Santa Rosa, CA.
