Skyhawk is an extensive up scale residential area off Hwy 12 East of Santa Rosa. Construction of these beautiful homes has been in motion since 1997, and these homes have developed into one of the nicest neighborhoods in the area. Skyhawk phases consist of the Fieldstone, Eagle Ridge, Homestead and Falcon Ridge plans. Shook & Waller Construction, Inc. have also framed many other Christopherson Homes projects including, Siena at Tuscany, The Cottages (Cloverdale), The Greens and The Groves at Shiloh.

The Kawana Springs project spanned 3+ years and included over 275 homes ranging from 1150 to 1350 sq. ft. Located off Petaluma Hill Rd., these homes sold out as fast as they were finished.
